We work closely with you and with all major ISPs to ensure that your HTML email newsletters are successfully delivered to your customers' inboxes and we consistently achieve above industry email delivery rates of 98%. You can be confident that your email newsletters will achieve maximum delivery rates and that your emails will not be blocked by firewalls.

• Newsweaver automatically converts the HTML email into text and both versions are sent with the HTML email being the default. If HTML is blocked by the firewall the text version will reach the target recipient. The subscriber is then able to view a full colour version by clicking on links within the text mail.
• Newsweaver uses Akamai to store and deliver all graphics, therefore when the email passes through a company's firewall there are no graphics within it to be blocked (the most common reason for mails being undelivered). It is only at the point when the target recipient opens up the mail that the graphics are fed in instantaneously.
• Newsweaver employs a full time SPAM officer and is on the white lists of all major ISPs.
• Newsweaver provides bounce management functionality that will help keep your database clean and relevant.
